As a Solutions Consultant in the EMEA Professional Services Team, you will be part of a high growth region with a world-class team, working closely with our customers and prospects, helping to shape and evolve consulting and product delivery offerings and drive new business with your sales partners. You will bring the energy and expertise to inspire our prospects and be an advocate for the innovative solutions delivered by the Professional Services team.

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations through meetings with Sales and discussions of proposed solution details with the prospect during all phases of the sales cycle
  • Present the breath of LNRS fraud prevention, identity verification and authentication products and services, clarify technical details of functionality, performance, security, best practices, and practical deployment architectures
  • Offer consultative approach that includes excellent listening skills and well-positioned questions to identify and recommend solutions to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses, and industries to help them realise their business value and transformations achievable with LNRS solutions
  • Accurately scope, estimate, and communicate the professional services components related to designing, implementing, and maintaining LNRS solutions
  • Guide customers through proposed solutions, including technical demonstrations, detailed technical and business process walkthroughs and high-level engagement plans
  • Drive opportunities through all stages from inception through internal handover to delivery
  • Provide expertise by applying product and/or process to the customer base
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs with collaboration with internal SMEs and Sales
  • Be recognised as a valuable and trusted advisor by our customers as well as an advocate to internal/external stakeholders via a wide range of communication methods and events
  • Assist in driving the collection and curation of standardized assets / deliverables, as well as capturing success stories and learnings
  • Develop and maintain a current understanding of competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) so that you can effectively position the advantages over alternatives
  • Responsible and incentivised to exceed financial targets with sales partners but also driving engagement, operational innovation and excellence across the team
  • Inspire others to do their best work, elevate the skills and capabilities of the people around you, and help to embrace an inclusive workplace
  • Be the company\xe2\x80\x99s SME representative and spokesperson at relevant trade shows and events
About You (qualifications & skills we will be looking for)
  • Required \xe2\x80\x93 Significant experience in the fraud prevention, risk, or authentication space
  • Required \xe2\x80\x93 Significant experience of risk management, fraud prevention, banking industry, identity verification, cyber security, malware research, credit policy or payments industry experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or relevant experience \xe2\x80\x93 however quick learners with outstanding career paths are also welcome!
  • Experience in cyber security and enterprise architectures with working knowledge of security frameworks, privacy laws
  • Engineering/Development (back-end and/or mobile) experience is a plus
  • Practical knowledge of policy creation, strategy writing, and rule engine maintenance is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Internet protocols, server technologies as well as various data formats and proficiency in systems design, IP networking, and/or InfoSec is a plus
  • ATO, CNP, FPR, VDR, IDV, OFAC, AML and MitM are familiar acronyms to you
  • Intimate knowledge of security frameworks and fraud prevention
  • Deep understanding of authentication methodologies: 2FA/MFA, biometrics, and risk-based authentication
  • Experience working with prospective customers to identify and concisely reflect requirements
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options, demonstrate, and effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business problems
  • Experience in preparing clear, concise business case documentation
  • Use of software and/or data analytics for practical problem-solving
  • Strong presentation skills required to create custom market-facing presentations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and extremely proficient problem-solving skills to understand the problem/issue that the customer needs to have solved \xe2\x80\x93 involving in-depth research, asking correct probing questions, drawing valid conclusions, and identifying risks
  • Enthusiasm to try new methods and innovative approaches to problem solving and leadership \xe2\x80\x93 researcher\xe2\x80\x99s mindset
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently. Highly self-motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Certifications in project management, systems administration, or security \xe2\x80\x93 are a plus
  • Must be able to travel (subject to post-Covid rules)
  • Preferred \xe2\x80\x93 foreign language command to at least business level: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian
