We are looking for a

Senior Solutions Consultant

to drive the commercial success of a well-established and well-loved product (

SchoolsBuddy

) globally.


This is a rare opportunity to own the commercial success of SchoolsBuddy across international and independent schools. As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind growth, working directly with schools to enhance their student services and activities, demonstrating how our platform transforms community life.


This isn't a typical sales role--you'll be an entrepreneur within Faria, bringing together product, marketing, and customer success to build and execute a winning go-to-market strategy. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we serve this segment while rolling up your sleeves to do the foundational work that drives results.

What You'll Do



Own the Revenue



Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SchoolsBuddy across international and independent schools globally, and explore the opportunities for SchoolsBuddy in the US public school market Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets

Note, you will work in tandem with a global sales force that is also incentivized to see you close opportunities.

Be the Market Expert



Become the voice of activities directors and student services leaders within Faria, deeply understanding their challenges in managing co-curricular programs, sports schedules, facilities, registrations, and communications Conduct product demonstrations that showcase how SchoolsBuddy solves real operational pain points--from activity sign-ups and attendance tracking to trip planning and facility management Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and positioning Stay current on competitive landscape including SOCS, Clipboard, and other activity management solutions

Do the Work



Make cold calls, knock on doors (virtually and in person), and persistently pursue conversations with heads of co-curricular, activities coordinators, directors of student life, and operations leaders Attend conferences, school fairs, and regional education events to build relationships and generate leads Create your own collateral, case studies, and pitch materials when needed to win deals

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with Product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that serve activities and student services needs Work with Marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns, content, and positioning Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements



Who You Are



Required Experience



5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Direct experience with student activities management, co-curricular programs, sports administration, or afterschool program coordination (essential) Familiarity with activity management platforms such as SchoolsBuddy, SOCS, Clipboard, or similar solutions is highly desirable Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with school leadership teams

Student Services Background



Deep understanding of how schools organize and manage co-curricular activities, sports programs, clubs, enrichment programs, and student services Knowledge of the operational challenges around registration, scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and facility management Understanding of international school or independent school operations and decision-making processes

Location and Logistics



Based in EMEA or APAC with the flexibility to travel regularly Comfortable working across time zones with global teams Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
