Senior/ Lead Solutions Engineer with experience in modelling, simulation, and digital twin technologies to drive the architecture and delivery of critical software solutions for government and enterprise clients.You'll work across multi-disciplinary teams to shape scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that help decision-makers model complex systems and explore "what if" scenarios.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of simulation and modelling systems.
- Translate customer needs into scalable, secure architectures.
- Mentor engineers and guide best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Embed security and performance into every layer of the system.
- Strong engineering experience in simulation or digital twin environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and guide technical teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security principles and scalable architecture.
