About the Role
Senior/ Lead Solutions Engineer with experience in modelling, simulation, and digital twin technologies to drive the architecture and delivery of critical software solutions for government and enterprise clients.
You'll work across multi-disciplinary teams to shape scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that help decision-makers model complex systems and explore "what if" scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of simulation and modelling systems.
- Translate customer needs into scalable, secure architectures.
- Mentor engineers and guide best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Embed security and performance into every layer of the system.
- Strong engineering experience in simulation or digital twin environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and guide technical teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security principles and scalable architecture.
