Serving seasonal local ingredients with flavour from all over the world. We are a grill and seafood restaurant serving large cuts of meat and fresh seafood. Previous experience in this type of food is essential.
- Assist the head chef in maintaining the standard of the food.
- Cover head chefs days off.
- Ensure excellent standards including compliance with all HACCP responsibilities.
- Assist in the development menu.
- Work with local and seasonal produce.
- Develop and train the kitchen team.
- Work to gross profit margins.
