Senior Sous Chef

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair

part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Mayfair is an all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair in London.

Taking inspiration from American grills Steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill offers a menu that delivers on flavour-with signature prime cuts of rare breed steaks in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

As

Senior Sous Chef

you will:

Assist the Head Chef manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, whilst supervising and developing the brigade. Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen. Work with the Head Chef on menu development and creation, ensuring seasonality of ingredients. Ensure targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and that the brigade comply with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience Senior experience within a quality restaurant Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team Have the ability to develop and enhance the skill level of the brigade. Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team
