Are you a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and rejuvenation? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented individual to join our spa team as maternity cover and provide exceptional treatments to our guests in a luxurious and tranquil environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and other beauty services, to meet the needs and preferences of guests Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, concerns, and treatment goals, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations Promote spa products, services, and packages to guests, providing information and recommendations as needed Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services Assist on the spa reception when needed, being the welcome face of any HealthSpa and gym guests.

Requirements:

Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications Previous experience in a spa therapist role, preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa therapies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
