What You'll Bring

VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

Proven experience in a luxury spa environment

Confidence in delivering advanced treatments and mentoring others

A calm, professional presence and strong leadership skills

Immaculate grooming and a warm, guest-focused attitude

What You'll Do

Deliver a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards

Support and guide junior therapists in their development

Ensure a peaceful, welcoming environment for every guest

Recommend treatments and products tailored to individual needs

Maintain pristine treatment rooms and stock levels

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
