We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Provide a range of therapeutic treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments. Conduct consultations to understand guests' needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms. Supervise and mentor junior therapists, ensuring consistent quality of service. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy. Assist in the development of spa programs and promotions. Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a therapist in a spa or wellness center. Relevant qualifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. Commitment to continuous professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
