SAP OCM Senior
JD Senior experienced Organizational Change management leader specifically in SAP S4HANA complex business transformations
ADKAR Prosci certified and can drive the Proxima toolset
Can partner with the client to create the business case for change by persona
Can lead Change Impact Analysis discussions
Can leader business readiness discussions
Can build a comprehensive Training and Communication strategy and lead through the entire lifecycle of the program
Experience with digital adoption platforms like SAP Enable Now and Walkme
Strong stakeholder management skills include Csuite
Strong collaborative softskills can influence without authority is enthusiastic leadership impact globally minded etc
Super strong domain knowledge in OCM and SAP
Can build strong partnerships with senior leaders including HR
Understands works council role in Change Management
Able to clearly articulate the benefits of change management to the business stakeholders along with an easy to understand status
