Are you a highly skilled HR professional looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join Ford Credit Europe in a dynamic and varied role, based at our Manchester Business Centre (MBC).


This role presents an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the FCE HR team, contributing your expertise, insights and ideas, working closely with colleagues across the business and supporting the delivery of key business objectives.



The minimum requirements we seek:



Proven experience as an HR Business Partner is essential, including experience across the HR cycle plan and employee relations Strong influencing and coaching skills, especially with senior stakeholders Excellent project management and facilitation abilities A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCM systems High integrity and a customer-focused approach

This position is based in Manchester, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester Business Centre for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

The position of Senior HR Specialist is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to the Manchester Business Centre, Ford Credit Britain and Ireland team and Ford Credit Operations team Ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR Cycle Plan actions including Objective setting, End of Year Reviews, Performance Management, Employee feedback Surveys, Compensation Cycle support, Bonus objective setting and measurement Support line management on internal and external recruitment and selection processes including recruitment requests, liaising with external agencies, advertising, selection, appointment, preparation of salary proposals, co-ordination and induction of new hires. Manage relationship and SLA with local suppliers including recruitment agencies. Delegate tasks to the HR and Management MBC Assistant Advise and support line management on Company policies that impact employment matters, e.g. Diversity, flexible work arrangements, maternity / paternity, retirement, capability, performance management processes, absence, grievance and discipline. Positively influence organizational change, provide HRBP support to managers on functional restructuring Participate in and contribute to HR related project work and new initiatives. Develop and drive initiatives that enhance workforce diversity, engagement, wellness etc. Advise and support line management, in conjunction with Compensation and Benefits, in the implementation of annual merit/compensation planning including local bonus plan. Monitor attrition/absence including the identification of trends and plans to mitigate and address * Stay informed of developments within the HR profession, support the wider HR function and liaise with HR team in Ford Motor Company on any joint activity.
