We are on the hunt for a

Commercial Senior Sports Producer

to join Reach Studio and lead a new team who are responsible for delivering an exciting new slate of original content for our new YouTube channel 'All Out Football'. Reporting directly to the Head of Original Content and sitting within the wider Studio department, you will use editorial judgement and production experience to deliver a fast-paced, high profile weekly studio show, longform docs and shortform social video.


We are partnering with a high profile brand to bring this channel to life and meticulously constructing it from its infancy. Consequently, you will be able to contribute significantly to the broader creative direction, assisting in precisely defining the tone and diligently implementing our envisioned strategy.

This is a hybrid position working from the Head Office in Canary Wharf 3 days per week, we are therefore open to candidates based in and around London. The typical working pattern is Monday to Friday but some flexibility around major events is required to keep our studio ahead of the curve.



About this role




You will develop, produce and direct short and longform premium original video series for YouTube & social video platforms, working with high profile on-screen football pundits and presenters, with a watertight duty of care process and experience of fee negotiation.


One of your main responsibilities will be to manage the team which includes a Producer, Videographer, Senior Video Editor and Social & Community Channel Manager - shaping their workflow, sharing knowledge and teaching best practices. Ensuring that performance, development, inclusion and wellbeing is at the heart of everything you do.


You will be a forward planner be able to look at the bigger picture and plan for future projects.


You will be responsible for managing the entire project workflow, ensuring optimal use of skills, resources, and content across multiple projects, while maintaining consistent quality. You will always be on the lookout for new talent/content creators we should partner with and opportunities to monetise content, as well as generating ideas and getting stuck into any development session including those with senior editorial teams across the business.

What you need to succeed




The ideal candidate is a digital-first sports content expert with strong directing and edit producing skills. Someone who is deeply immersed in the cultural sport conversation and attuned to online trends. You are experienced in creating successful content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and have a proven track record of setting up studio and on-location shoots across the UK. This individual thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments, consistently demonstrating initiative, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.


With exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. You excel in content development, storyboarding, scripting, editing, and confidently pitching ideas. Proactive and motivated, you embrace any task with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach, especially when working with short turnaround times.
