Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Cardio Vascular team with a competitive salary range on offer, up to \xc2\xa344,000.

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Cardio Vascular team.

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team with specialisms in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic surgery with some vascular as well as cardiac/medical conditions, also digestive diseases including liver and robotics and other specialties that require continuous monitoring and treatment

Role information

This is a full time, permanent position would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week.

This is a Monday-Sunday, Days/Nights/Weekends role with the following shift patterns:

Monday to Sunday Long Days\xe2\x80\x93 0730-2000
Monday to Sunday Nights \xe2\x80\x93 1930-0800
Bank Holidays \xe2\x80\x93 0730-2000 & 1930-0800

The maximum salary on offer for this opportunity would be \xc2\xa344,000 and would be dependent upon experience and competencies against the role requirements.

What will your duties include:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL\xe2\x80\x99s established policies, procedures and protocols.

Support, and in the absence of the Charge Nurse, organise the day to day running of the Acute Care Ward allocating nursing Caregivers according to their level of competence, reviews skill mix and workload to ensure they meet the needs of the service.

Act as a clinical leader and role model whilst providing direct quality patient care, sharing expertise with colleagues.

Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.

Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.

What we need from you:

Nursing Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.

Completed Adult Cardiac Course or equivalent ENB 451.

Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.

Evidence of continuing professional development within cardio vascular field

Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
