Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and consistent delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centred care to the highest professional standards. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and healthcare staff. Assist in coordinating daily ward or department activity to ensure efficient patient flow. Participate actively in care planning, assessment, and evaluation. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and promote best practice. Support training, induction, and professional development of junior staff. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safeguarding, infection control, and regulatory standards. Act as an escalation point and support clinical decision-making when required. Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the wider clinical team.
