We are seeking a dedicated
Senior Night Nurse
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will also support and guide junior staff, manage clinical duties, and maintain professional standards in line with nursing home policies.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent nursing care during night shifts Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to needs Administer medication and treatments as prescribed Support and mentor junior nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation and care records Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
RGN or RMN qualification Minimum of 3 years nursing experience (preferred) Previous experience in a nursing home setting
