Job Description

The job is for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to work at The Limes in Mansfield, which is a Level 2 mental health inpatient rehabilitation service that provides care and treatment for men who have an identified mental health rehabilitation need. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to change lives for the better and develop specialist skills.
Main duties of the job
As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will provide care and treatment for men who have an identified mental health rehabilitation need, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, providing mentorship and support to team members, and observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.

The Limes is a Level 2 mental health inpatient rehabilitation service that provides care and treatment for men who have an identified mental health rehabilitation need. This includes people who may also have a learning disability, who have a diagnosis of autism or a Personality Disorder (PD).
Reasonable individualised adjustments will be made to accommodate the specific needs of each patient.
