Statistician

to join our Data Analytics team and support research through high-quality experimental design and data analysis.


You'll collaborate with scientists and partners across Mars Petcare, providing statistical insights that shape real-world outcomes for pets. Projects may include evaluating microbiome changes or assessing new lab methods for biomarkers. You'll also support a culture of rigorous, data-driven science by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What We're Looking For

PhD or Master's in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field Strong skills in R, Python is a plus Solid understanding of statistical analysis and sample size estimation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in life sciences or R&D is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Design experiments and conduct statistical analyses for research studies Clearly communicate results to scientific and non-scientific audiences Peer-review analytical work and contribute to shared code libraries Champion data-led decision-making and support research teams in statistical literacy
