Role Purpose:
Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice whilst demonstrating strong selling techniques to achieve sales KPIs and build a client base. Supporting the Manager and team with driving sales KPI's and general store tasks.
Areas of responsibility:
1. Customer Service and Sales KPI's
Be highly confident with one on one and personal styling appointments and tailoring styling approach to customers
Build outfits / style the collection with clients
Oversee full alteration process from start to finish
Be The Fold brand ambassador and role model for the rest of the team with selling technique / upselling
Work alongside with the rest of the team to achieve and improve sales targets and provide training/coaching as and when required.
Guide the team, observe and provide coaching and feedback to deliver the Fold's gold standard across; VM, stock presentation, aesthetic and brand representation.
Ensure the team are going above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers and consistently deliver the best customer experience.
2. Client base
Build a personal client base and oversee your own clientele book by managing customer relationships and report improvements on a monthly basis
Capture client's preferences to tailored follow ups and information via CRM system
Be proactive in building recognition of The Fold
Support with brand events
Support Store stylists with building and maintaining their client base
3. General store tasks & team support
Oversee day-to-day processes and ensuring all the daily tasks are delivered to high standards, such as alterations, POS, customer contact, customer care team interaction and delivery.
Organise the daily run maintaining a positive and tidy environment in both the front and back of house.
Complete the opening/closing checklist at the beginning and end of each day.
Support with general stock management, including deliveries, replen and monthly stock takes e.g. 10 cycle counts a week and report results.
Organise and delegate workload to the team. Have a 360 view on what tasks needs to be actioned on the shop floor and stockroom.
Have up to date brand and product knowledge to style the collection with customers
Support the VM specialist with VM moves to ensure they are aligned with new monthly drops
About You:
Have previous experience of sales in store, boutique, styling or a similar environment
Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, customers and brands
Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships
Be a committed energetic, motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team
Have a strong understanding of KPIs within a retail environment
Contribute with a proactive attitude to daily tasks
Understand the importance of styling as well as the behind the scenes/administrative aspects of the role
