ABOUT YOU

You're organised, proactive, and bring hands-on experience from a warehouse or stores environment. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, you're someone who takes pride in maintaining efficient, safe, and well-run logistics processes.


You'll have a flexible and practical approach to your work, with a "can do" attitude and a willingness to support colleagues across multiple teams. Attention to detail, a strong focus on customer service, and an understanding of safety and compliance are all essential.

Key requirements:

Previous stores or warehouse experience Good knowledge of MS Office Full driving licence Dangerous Goods awareness (preferred) Forklift experience (advantageous) Good communication and organisational skills Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work Strong team player with a positive, hands-on approach

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting all stores operations for the Aberdeen site - from receiving and dispatching deliveries to maintaining stock records, supporting waste management and ensuring safe and compliant packaging for onshore and offshore shipments.

Key activities:

Coordinate logistics for customer and internal deliveries Maintain and update "live" stock spreadsheets and batch records Support stock movement between Media Lab and Stores Assist with waste management and ensure effective use of disposal containers Package and label goods, including Dangerous Goods, in line with regulations Raise delivery notes and support purchase requisitions Monitor stock levels and assist with monthly stock counts Lead by example in promoting safety, teamwork, and customer service
