Stores Senior Supervisor

4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, 06:00-18:00

38.5hrs average per week

Cranswick is a leading UK food producer with revenue of over 2 Billion. We produce and supply premium food to high profile UK grocery retailers, the food service sector and other UK and global customers.

We are currently recruiting a Stores Senior Supervisor at our Preston pork site. Reporting directly to the Stores Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of the Stores department, always ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Main Duties Include (but not limited to):

Responsible for running all aspects of the stores to deliver all stock in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring demand is met and all procedures are followed Ensuring stock levels are adequate for production demands Informing the Stores and Inventory Manager of any replenishment needs Ensuring all labels are correctly stored and issued to production following all relevant procedures Ensuring that the Stores are always kept clean and tidy Monitor accurate completion of all relevant paperwork correctly in a timely and efficient manner Correctly identify all 'returns', 'quarantined stock' and process in accordance with all Technical specifications and requirements and Safety regulations Ensure an exceptional level of internal and external customer service through on time deliveries and minimal customer returns Managing and ordering bulk packaging to meet daily demands Daily stock counting and Navision management Effectively motivate and develop their team Effective labour planning within the department

You Will Have:

Experience in a similar role - (Senior) Supervisor/Team Leader/Manager in Stores, Warehouse, or Factory environment Examples of working towards KPIs and delivering positive results Previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) Effective communication skills Attention to detail
