We seek a highly experienced Senior Strategy Director to lead the engagement with the prestigious academic institution's Abu Dhabi campus. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will oversee governance participation, develop long-term vision, align strategic direction with UAE relevance, and manage the annual budget. This high-profile role demands strong leadership and strategic acumen to ensure the continued success of this elite institution.

• Provide timely, insightful reports, robust analyses, and well-founded recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proactively manage the Abu Dhabi campus's strategic initiatives and priorities, aligning with our objectives and the UAE's educational goals.
• Lead strategic analyses related to the Abu Dhabi campus, identifying opportunities for growth and impact.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the prestigious academic institution and its Abu Dhabi campus.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with UAE government and private sector entities, and relevant international organisations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of global higher education trends.
• Effectively manage and develop the strategy team.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (essential); MBA/PhD (advantageous).
• 20+ years' related experience, with 10+ years in senior management.
• Preference given to candidates who possess strong mix of international management consulting experience, combined with extensive professional exposure and/or personal interest in the higher education sector.
• Proven success managing relationships with senior government stakeholders.
• Experience and interest in the geopolitics of the Gulf and MENA regions.
