The Role

We're seeking a driven Senior Structural Design Engineer with 3+ years' experience to lead projects and mentor junior staff. This is an ideal opportunity for those pursuing Chartership (MIStructE or MICE), with direct mentorship from MIStructE and PhD MICE directors.

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyse structures across diverse sectors Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Guide junior engineers and review technical outputs Liaise with clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with codes and conduct site visits Contribute to process improvements and innovation

Requirements

BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering 3+ years in a structural design office Proficient in Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit; strong grasp of Eurocode and BS standards Excellent communication and team leadership skills
