What You'll Be Doing

Deliver designs that actually get built - enjoy a varied portfolio, from bespoke homes and commercial buildings to historic renovations, retail spaces, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Engage closely with clients, architects, and contractors, shaping design decisions through proactive collaboration and clear communication. Manage your own team, workload and projects, supported by experienced engineers who let you lead. Apply technical judgment to solve problems quickly, not get bogged down in paperwork.

What Were Looking For

Civil or Structural Engineering degree, ideally working toward Chartership. 6+ years UK design experience, with confidence in multi-material structures. Commercial awareness; understanding the balance between design ambition and real project delivery. Clear, practical communicator; willing to take the wheel and own your work.
