Hardman Grey Recruitment, on behalf of our client a well-established structural consultancy seeks a

Senior Structural Engineer

to deliver structural design across commercial, residential, industrial, and education sectors, handling projects up to

30-50 million

in value.

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for:

Delivering structural design and analysis using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry Managing your own workload and supervising engineers/technicians Representing the company confidently in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors Producing accurate technical documentation and reports Ensuring project compliance, quality, and timely delivery Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with

minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience

Chartered or working towards chartership (IStructE or ICE) Proficiency in structural design software and analysis skills across key materials Strong communication and project-management capabilities Full UK driving licence and own transport Positive, collaborative mindset
