We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and flexible individual who is committed to supporting and improving student education activity, whilst being comfortable working across different teams and with a variety of colleagues across the University. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. You will have the ability to provide leadership, management, direction and support to colleagues within the team including co-ordinating workloads.
The role will be based in the Student Education and Experience team within Leeds University Business School (LUBS), supporting the Student Support Manager to co-ordinate and deliver the team's operations, aligned to School, Faculty and University strategic plans.
Working in Student Support, your role will be to provide administrative support, manage Student Support Officers; providing support as a senior colleague and guidance on more complex queries.
Student Support promotes wellbeing initiatives, in addition to meeting students individually to assess their circumstances, providing support and guidance on academic policy issues.
