Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Senior Stylist/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

This dual-role position requires exceptional technical styling skills alongside strong leadership and management capabilities. You will serve as both a top-tier stylist and a key leader in the day-to-day operations of the salon, helping to drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Stylist

Provide expert-level hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Deliver exceptional client consultations and maintain a high level of customer care Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalised services Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices
As an Assistant Manager

Support the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and training Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and health & safety regulations Help drive retail and service sales through client engagement and team motivation Manage stock levels, inventory, and product orders when required Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and effectively Take initiative in organizing team meetings, promotional events, and salon improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a professional stylist Experience in team leadership or supervisory role preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for the beauty industry and a high standard of personal presentation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
