Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Stylist to join our team in providing exceptional hair services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creativity. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, barbering, Perms - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences - Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development - Manage the front desk duties efficiently - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organised work environment - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Assist in store management tasks as required Requirements: - Proven experience as a Stylist with expertise in hair cutting, styling, colouring - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients - Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services - Knowledge of store management procedures Join our team of creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch hair services in a vibrant salon environment.
