Location: Studio 74 Hair & Beauty, Peterborough

Hours: 30-37.5 per week, flexible days and hours with alternate Saturdays off

Studio 74 Hair & Beauty is on the lookout for an experienced hairdresser to step into a Salon Manager role at our thriving Peterborough salon.

We're a supportive, down-to-earth team that loves what we do -- and we're looking for a warm, motivated stylist who's ready to lead from the front while still doing what they love on the salon floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering a 5-star experience to our loyal clients Leading, coaching, and mentoring our stylist team Managing salon systems (bookings, rotas, stock, HR admin) Supporting training, development, and exciting new projects Working closely with the salon owner to grow the business

What We're Looking For:

Personality and attitude matter more than ticking every box.

If you're a people-person with salon experience and big energy, we'll support you in stepping into this role and growing with us.

A qualified stylist with

3+ years of salon floor experience

Confident in leading a team, solving problems, and staying organised Passionate about the hair industry and client service Friendly, focused, and proactive Comfortable using salon software (or open to learning fast!)
