Salary: c\xc2\xa364,000 depending upon experience

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Procurement Manager to lead and manage a team of professional Supply Chain Staff and Managers in the delivery of the Supply Chain Functional Strategy and Plan. Provide support and assistance in the development of key strategies, policies and procedures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction (internally and externally).

• Responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety of all your employees and that your area operates in accordance with Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Work with other Functions and where advised of changes to regulatory requirements ensure internal compliance is firmly embedded by adopting a best practice approach.

• Lead team process conformance by continuously reviewing, challenging, and driving process improvements.

• Lead, develop and firmly embed engagement and communication strategies in order to ensure team, customer and stakeholder participation.

• Champion continuous improvement in line with company-wide projects and initiatives.

• Ensure sub-ordinates work collaboratively across the Functions (as appropriate) to resolve problems and achieve objectives and high standards of performance.

• Instil a customer focussed approach across all teams

Your skills and experiences:

\xc2\xb7 MCIPS or equivalent level relevant experience, professional qualification

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Supply Chain management

\xc2\xb7 Management, leadership and business executive skills
