to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing and optimising end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, ensure product availability, and reduce overall costs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

logistics and supply chain management within the FMCG packaging sector

, along with proficiency in

ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS

. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, effective sourcing, and strategic supplier management--contributing directly to the organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

supply chain strategies

aligned with business objectives. Analyse

supply chain performance metrics

to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

seamless logistics and procurement operations

. Manage

supplier relationships

to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of packaging materials and components. Oversee

inventory management

processes to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple product lines. Coordinate with

logistics providers

to ensure efficient and compliant transportation of goods. Utilise

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS)

to track inventory, manage procurement workflows, and generate performance reports. Prepare and present

supply chain performance reports

to senior management, including strategic recommendations. Support

cost reduction and sustainability initiatives

within the packaging supply chain.

Experience & Requirements

Proven experience in

supply chain management or logistics

, preferably in a

senior or specialist role

. Strong background in the

FMCG packaging sector

, with understanding of materials such as films, wraps, cartons, and containers. Proficiency in

ERP systems

, particularly

SAP and Oracle EBS

. Demonstrated ability to

analyse data and make informed, data-driven decisions

. Excellent

organisational and project management skills

, with attention to detail. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

, capable of effective cross-functional and supplier collaboration. Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

while managing multiple priorities.

Fluency in one or more Asian languages

(such as

Urdu or Mandarin

) is highly desirable, enabling stronger engagement with regional suppliers and partners.
