Sleep-in Pay:
60 per night (typically 2-3 per week)
Shift Pattern:
10am - 10.30pm (including sleep-ins)

We're seeking a compassionate and confident
Senior Support Worker
to help create a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment for young people. In this key role, you'll mentor junior staff, build meaningful relationships, and help shape young lives through consistency and care.
What You'll Do
Deliver therapeutic care to children in a safe and nurturing setting
Act as a role model and lead by example with empathy and professionalism
Promote emotional development, resilience, and personal growth
Guide and support junior staff, offering mentorship and hands-on leadership
Plan and engage in meaningful activities that support well-being
Uphold the therapeutic ethos of the home and ensure daily routines run smoothly
What You'll Need
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent)
Experience working with children or young adults in a residential or similar setting
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
A calm, patient, and supportive approach
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
