for a child with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We're now seeking a passionate

Senior Support Worker (Team Leader)

to be at the forefront of its success.

Your Role: Leading from the Front

As our Senior Support Worker (Team Leader), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care that consistently meets

OFSTED standards

. You'll empower your team and ensure every aspect of the home fosters positive outcomes.

You will:

Lead Shifts:

Guide and support your team, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Provide Direct Care:

Be a hands-on, positive role model, offering high-quality support.

Manage Care Plans:

Play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and adapting individual care plans.

Mentor Colleagues:

Nurture and develop other support workers, building a cohesive and skilled team.

Collaborate:

Work in synergy with management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Uphold Safeguarding:

Champion best practice in child protection.

Maintain Records:

Ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting on the child's progress.
Who We're Looking For

We value compassion, resilience, and a genuine commitment to supporting children with EBD.

Experience:

You must have at least

2 years' experience

working in a UK children's residential care home.

Qualifications:

A

Level 3 or 4 qualification

in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce is a strong advantage.

Driving:

A

full, valid UK driving licence

is essential.

Qualities:

Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a dedicated, compassionate approach.

15.00

plus a generous

30 per sleep-in allowance

, with potential annual earnings reaching

up to 35,000

(dependent on sleep-in frequency).
