As a Senior Support Worker, you'll lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and help shape an environment where every child feels valued and supported. This is your chance to step into leadership and play a key role in a team that genuinely cares.
What You Need
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Experience leading shifts in residential childcare
Compassion, resilience, and great communication
Flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins
What We Offer
32,000 - 38,000 per year
13.10 - 14.47 per hour
65 per sleep-in
