13.20 - 14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Sleep-in Pay:

60 per night

Full-time, Permanent

Shifts:

9am - 9:30pm on a rolling rota

As a

Senior Support Worker

, you'll provide consistent, nurturing care while guiding your team to maintain a calm, therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

What You'll Do

Deliver person-centred, therapeutic care to children with complex needs Support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development Lead by example, offering guidance and mentorship to your team Maintain consistent routines and boundaries within the home Help young people build life skills and positive relationships through daily routines and activities

What You'll Need

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent) Experience working in a children's residential or therapeutic care setting A calm, compassionate, and resilient approach Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already held) A passion for making a difference and progressing in a values-led team
