We're recruiting a

Senior Support Worker

to lead frontline delivery of personalised, high-quality, and compassionate support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering tenancy support, housing management assistance, and wellbeing services tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and deliver support plans addressing tenancy sustainment, mental health, housing needs, and personal development. Work directly with individuals to help them achieve their goals, build life skills, and improve health and wellbeing. Act as a keyworker and oversee support delivery, ensuring accurate and professional records. Liaise with external partners, including housing teams, healthcare services, and advocacy groups. Provide leadership on shift and supervision to support workers in the absence of the Team Leader. Promote inclusion, empowerment, and trauma-informed practice in all areas of support.

What We're Looking For:



A recognised social care qualification at

SCQF Level 6 or above

(essential). Experience working in adult social care, ideally in homelessness, housing support or mental health. Confident in report writing, support planning, and using digital systems. Understanding of SSSC codes of practice and Care Inspectorate standards. Strong values of compassion, dignity, and respect for all.
