Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking a female candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 to join our team.
You will attend service reviews, undertake spot checks, and be an integral part of support planning to provide the best outcomes to the individuals we support. You will provide essential support to people in their own homes, while also supervising and mentoring support workers.
You will have a passion for supporting others and possess a range of skills including IT proficiency, supervisory abilities, and have effective communication skills.
Having previous experience in home care, you must be organised and pay attention to detail. Resilience and confidence are key to this role, and you must be capable of working within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service.
Due to the nature of our work and location, you
must be a driver with access to a vehicle
, and be able to commit to on-call duties, which will include some evenings and weekends.
You will have a SVQ Level 3 or be willing to work towards this qualification.
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7

Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults
under the
Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007
. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
