Senior Residential Children's Support Worker
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 32,644.20 per annum (including sleep-in shifts), increasing to 36,069.60 per annum after successful completion of the probation period.
Location: Grantham
Hours: 173 per month - 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in's (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. Our client is a 365 day a year service due to the nature of their work.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, providing care and support to young people aged 8-18. Our client offers crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Their young people receive the highest quality residential care and take part in recreational activities tailored to the child's interests.
Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certification, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).

Essential requirements:
Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience of working in Children's Residential Care.
Full UK driving licence.
The right to work in the UK.
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
Experience & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a residential childcare setting or similar environment.
Experience in managing a team is preferred.
