As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of this mission, offering support, guidance, and love to young people as they navigate life's challenges. You'll play a key role in creating personalized care plans and ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and empowered.
What You'll Do:
Provide a caring, safe environment for young people to thrive. Advocate for and support young people in meetings, appointments, and daily life. Lead activities that inspire, engage, and help them grow. Collaborate with families, social workers, and other professionals to create lasting positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Passionate individuals with a background in Residential Childcare. A Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). A commitment to helping young people succeed and overcome challenges.
