Senior Support Worker Wanted.

For A Domiciliary Care Branch Near Stoke City Centre.

27,947 FTE, 32 Hour Contract, 13.40/hour

Work Includes Care + Office

Must Have A Car - Mileage Paid

We are a relatively new branch located near Stoke City Centre that has been trading for over 2 years.

The current Senior is stepping down from their role due to ill health and we are now seeking a highly

motivated Senior that can take the branch on and help progress it to the next level.

We have a small but diverse group of Customers that include the elderly, adults with learning

disabilities, ASD and mental health diagnosis to name a few and as such our new Senior must be

comfortable working across this diverse group of Customers.

The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years previous experience in a similar role which will

have included the on-call. We are seeking an individual with great organisational and time

management skills. We do have software in place designed to schedule and store the information

needed for your role however this role will really suit someone that can work off their own initiative.

Duties

? You will work with the branch team to complete compliance duties.

? Compliance duties can be office and field based.

? You will be required to provide care where needed.

? You will conduct competency assessments as part of our teams Care Certificate training.

? You will support new staff through their induction and shadow shifts.

? When meeting new staff, you will be an excellent representative for the company.

? You will oversee the standard of care delivery from the field-based team.

? And support the branch to maintain and where possible raised the standard of our service.

? You will sometimes work in the office supporting the managers.

? Office duties can involve administration duties.

? With training you can contribute towards the rosters.

? With support from managers, you will join our interview panel and help select new starters.

? You may have to deal with complaints.

Entry Requirement Are...

? Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior in a similar setting.

? Ideally QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

? Ideally, experience with PeoplePlanner software.

? Driving License and car is essential.

? Computer literacy is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
