Montana Home Care is a well-established provider of

domiciliary care, home care and community support

, helping individuals remain independent in their own homes. We are recruiting a

female Senior Support Worker / Care Supervisor

to support quality, compliance, and staff development.
(This role is restricted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.)

Key Responsibilities:

Service user reviews and quality assurance spot checks Care planning and risk assessments Supervising, mentoring, and supporting care/support workers Providing hands-on care when required Ensuring compliance with

Care Inspectorate standards

Supporting high-quality, person-centred care delivery
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in

home care / domiciliary care / social care

SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills IT literate (care management systems preferred) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexible to take part in

on-call rota

(evenings/weekends)
