13.60 - 14.20 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Day/Night shifts with sleep-ins)

Driver Requirement:

Full UK Driving Licence essential

About the Role

As a

Senior Support Worker

, you'll play a key leadership role in our Swansea team. You'll support and guide a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.


You'll be responsible for:

Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care Ensuring high standards of support in line with individual care plans Organising and encouraging meaningful, community-based activities Maintaining accurate records and documentation Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders Conducting regular staff supervisions, audits, and performance reviews Overseeing day-to-day responsibilities within the service and promoting a warm, inclusive environment
