Bidwells are rapidly growing their Operational Living team Capital Markets team and looking for a passionate Senior Surveyor to join their London team.



We are seeking a progressive Senior Surveyor or Experienced Graduate Surveyor to join our profitable Capital Markets team in London, specialising in Operational Living sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across Build to Rent, Co-Living, Single Family Housing and Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors, providing strategic advice and transaction support working with a diverse client base (developers and investors) on secured mandates, new instructions with an extensive pipeline in London, all the key cities and throughout the UK.



Within the Operational Living team, there is also a market-leading consultancy team which specialises in providing expert insights and research to guide and optimize residential development projects. Their work covers urban regeneration, rental values, demographics, and supply-demand analysis, and include public reports such as our monthly UK city review and the bi-annual Open & Operating Report.

What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the acquisition and disposal of operational living assets, including conducting due diligence and financial analysis. Support the preparation of investment appraisals, market reports, and client presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive advice to clients on investment strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Background in real estate. MRICS qualification or working towards chartership. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling. Strong Excel knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
