We have a vacancy for a Senior Surveyor (Chartered)within our busy Property Services team for someone who has the right skills, values, behaviours and attitudes to be the difference which are:

We`re looking for someone who...
  • is a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • has relevant and up to date knowledge of building construction, surveying, building and planning regulations
  • has previous experience of service delivery, meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • has previous experience of staff management
  • has experience of working in the Housing sector
  • is an excellent communicator both written and verbally
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a can-do` attitude who is able to work under pressure to achieve set targets and meet deadlines for ensuring Hightown` s properties are properly managed and maintained to meet and exceed our resident`s expectations.

About the role...

You will provide a high quality and customer focused service and guidance and direction on major works projects and ensuring the effective maintenance and improvement of Hightowns housing stock.

The role will include providing a high standard of technical support to the Asset Management team and wider Assocation. You will be managing a team of staff ensuring inspections are carried out in accordance with Hightowns programme.
