Job Responsibilities

Conduct detailed land surveys and prepare accurate reports and maps. Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology to gather data. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure survey accuracy. Oversee and guide junior surveyors and team members. Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal and safety standards. Provide expert advice on boundary disputes and property division. Prepare and present findings to stakeholders and clients.

Person Specifications

Proven experience in surveying with a focus on engineering and construction projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with relevant software and technology in surveying. Valid professional certifications and licenses as required.
