Senior Surveyor - Property and Asset Management

About the OpportunityJoin JLL, a global leader shaping the future of real estate through world-class services, advisory, and technology. We're looking for a talented Senior Surveyor to deliver exceptional property management for prestigious Central London office assets, working with one of our major institutional clients.



What You'll DoAs a key member of our Property & Asset Management team, you'll:

Lead client relationships as the main point of contact for Asset Managers

Manage lease compliance, occupier applications, and technical queries

Oversee financial accountability and service charge management per RICS guidelines

Drive ESG initiatives and sustainability strategies across properties

Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high presentation standards

Handle property transitions, acquisitions support, and due diligence

Deliver compelling client reporting and attend key stakeholder meetings

Foster strong occupier engagement and customer experience excellence

Support major works projects and site-based improvements

Ensure health and safety compliance and manage insurance processes

Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential



What We're Looking ForMRICS qualified professional (preferred) with 3+ years in property management

Experience with Central London office assets

Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities

Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

Exceptional client relationship and communication abilities

Advanced IT skills with property management systems

Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
