The Surveying Services team sits within the Property & Asset Management department. The team are responsible for managing the property estate for their clients, with a focus on delivering industry leading management of their client's properties, contributing to the Centre of Excellence and maintaining strong relationships with each client.



This is an exciting role for anyone who has extensive experience in property management acting as a client lead or looking to step up into that role.

The Central London Surveying Services team manages a wide range of assets for a variety of client sizes, with an expertise in central London offices and commercial estates.



General Expectations Will Include



Ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery across all areas for the Clients where you hold responsibility

Oversee the transition of client/properties in and out of JLL Property Management

Responsible for preparing data for financial reporting

Ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.

Ensure tight financial management of rents, service charges and insurance premiums ensuring all management and ad-hoc fee invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and paid promptly

Manage performance of third-party suppliers, (agents, solicitors, contractors, etc.) ensuring agreed costs/timescales are adhered to.

Review and approve service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines

Review service charge cash flow and budget regularly

Approve service charge reconciliations in accordance with RICS guidelines

Identify and progress opportunities for cross selling activities to the wider JLL teams

Explore and keep up to date with new ideas and initiatives in the market and keep abreast of what our competitors are doing

Actively seek out opportunities for providing added value initiatives for the client.

Have a good understanding of market conditions and surrounding opportunities and threats so that we can keep our clients well informed

Develop and contribute to steering group such as the Office and Industrial Boards within management services

Identifying and actioning any asset management opportunities

Leading Client meetings where directly responsible

Building strong working relationships with existing clients

Managing and supporting direct reports within the team

Mentoring individuals across the business
