A leading real estate advisory business with one of the most successful Property Management platforms in the UK is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join their Central London team.


This is a newly released instruction and sits within a high performing team that manages some of the most recognisable mixed use and office assets in the West End. The company has doubled the size of its London PM team in recent years, with exceptional client retention, consistent profitability and a long standing bonus record.

The Opportunity

You will take on a West End and Soho mixed use portfolio of around fifty thousand sq ft upwards. The role offers strong exposure to private clients, family offices and high net worth individuals. You do not need prior Central London experience and full support is provided through one of the most established PM platforms in the market.


This firm has a genuinely collaborative culture with close integration across Surveying, Facilities Management, Finance, ESG, Technology, Procurement and Customer Experience teams. They typically operate four days a week in the office and most of the team take Fridays off.


Interviews are all in person and the hiring process has only just begun.

What You Will Do

Deliver day to day management of a mixed use London portfolio Work closely with internal FM, Finance, ESG, Technology and Customer Experience teams Ensure assets are safe, compliant, well maintained and delivering a modern customer experience Manage service charge budgets and overall asset performance Build strong client relationships with private investors and family offices Identify opportunities to improve performance and asset value

About You

MRICS preferred but not essential Experience in commercial or mixed use management Confident managing multi let assets Relationship driven and client facing Positive, proactive and comfortable with four days a week in the office
