Senior Surveyor (rics)

Leeds, United Kingdom

Job Description

Our client is one of the UK's foremost specialist real estate consultancies, and a dominant player in the North of England. They work in close partnership with a roster of leading institutional investors to optimise the performance and value of built assets.
Currently experiencing a period of significant expansion - having doubled in size over recent years - they have continued to strengthen their position as a trusted advisor. They are now the consultancy of choice for a range of new commercial and industrial developments commissioned by household-name investors right across the North.
As part of this growth, the building surveying team is expanding and is seeking driven, client-facing RICS-qualified surveyors. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in refurbishment strategies, coupled with the ability to communicate vision and value to clients - enhancing performance, reducing carbon, and unlocking long-term asset potential.
In return, you'll join a firm in true growth mode, offering accelerated career progression, strong leadership, and a rewarding bonus structure. You'll benefit from excellent mentor-ship, professional development support, and a culture built around long-term success, working on delivering some of the North's most prestigious real estate investments.
Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
