You'll shape and structure a robust, organisation-wide sustainability strategy aligned to our business goals and three-year plan.
Lead on identifying, quantifying and prioritising decarbonisation opportunities, particularly within our van network and operational activities.
Partner with procurement and facilities teams to deliver sustainable sourcing, conduct risk assessments and embed supply chain sustainability principles.
Own the implementation of policies including Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), Climate Risk, Biodiversity and No Deforestation policies.
Educate and upskill colleagues across the business with training programs on sustainability practices.
Lead on sustainability-related queries and RFPs from clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead monthly carbon footprint reporting and develop insightful, client-facing sustainability reports.
Own our ESG annual reporting roadmap, including management of S&P CSA, EcoVadis, GRI, ESG pages in the Annual Report, ESG Appendices and Web content.
Drive key accreditations and audits such as Science Based Targets, ISO 14001, ESOS, ISAE 3000/3410.
Stay ahead of changing legislation and ESG reporting requirements, ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) with a background in sustainability or data-driven roles
Strong understanding of ESG strategy, MI reporting and KPI frameworks with experience in producing reports and executive-level presentations
Skilled in working to timelines, governance standards and audit requirements
A growth mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity identification
You'll have the expertise to shape Evri's external ESG narrative through high-quality reporting
