To thrive here, you'll need a strong understanding of Lloyd's syndicate operations, regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and control principles. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Offer support to your colleagues in the Finance and Syndicate Reporting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications:You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Ideally, you're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), or working toward that designation.
You understand the financial and regulatory landscape and can navigate it with confidence.
You have excellent knowledge of the Lloyd's market, including Xchanging and LCA processes.
You've worked closely with underwriting and claims teams, and you're familiar with the policy and claims administration systems they use.
You bring strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to everything you do.
You're proficient in Microsoft Office.
You communicate clearly and effectively, and you're confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
You're self-motivated and capable of working independently, but you also thrive in a team environment.
Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
If you're familiar with core market returns (CMR), market data collection (MDC), and the reporting forms required by Lloyd's--and by the FCA/PRA where applicable--that's a definite advantage.
