Position Overview

To alter and tailor Ralph Lauren garments to the highest standards, providing an exceptional and unparalleled customer experience within the store during the fitting ceremony.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Alters and tailors Ralph Lauren garments to the highest standards meeting tailoring managers quality control expectations Build a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to Connect, Convert and Conclude the fitting through delivering the RL Experience To consistently achieve a personal productivity objective Promote teamwork through contribution to a team productivity objective To handle and maintain all RL garments with care and respect Accurately enters all information into the alterations tracker Exhibit pride through positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards. Communicate product and customer feedback to managers To adhere to all workroom health and safety requirements To respect and adhere to the company Asset Protection policies at all times

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Minimum of 3 full performance cycles experience in tailoring Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results A desire to build relationships and promote team work
